Like our software, the pricing structure is very easy to understand. There are no hidden fees or surprises. The price of a single license is $799.00 and there is no support agreement required (although it is available as an option). The price of the network license is $999.00 (unlimited users on the same network).
Remote Desktop, telephone and email support for the first 60 days is at no charge. For continuing support, you may purchase an annual agreement for two hundred ($200) dollars or pay as you go for forty ($40) dollars per support session. The annual agreement entitles you to a maximum of ten (10) support sessions per year and entitles your agency to program updates as they become available.
