The reports are fully searchable by most any descriptor. You don’t need to know the exact name or date to find a report. For example, if you only remember the subject’s first name was John, the program will find all reports with a person having that first name. Or another example, let’s say you want to find all reports where the suspect used a hammer. Simply search for the word hammer in the M/O field and all matching reports will be shown.
